Katherine joined BEA as Development Manager in September 2023 and brings over a decade of experience in fundraising and development operations. Katherine cares deeply about creating systems that help organizations thrive in service of their missions. Prior to joining BEA, Katherine’s career spanned arts & cultural institutions as well as nonprofits focused on educational equity in the New York City area. Katherine graduated from Smith College with a BA in Psychology, focusing on culture and human development. She currently resides in Northern New Jersey, located in Munsee Lenape territory. Outside of work, Katherine enjoys playtime with her dog Olive, cooking, and gardening.
