Jennifer Caster has been engaged with the BEA as a contractor, Administrative Assistant, and today gladly serves as the organization's Operations Manager. Her work has included support throughout BEA's staff growth across departments, Steering Committee and caucus coordination, and making infrastructural improvements. In her early career, she worked in the arts as a theater stage manager and enjoys tapping into her creativity as she balances logistical needs with organizational dreams.
