A case study highlighting the sustained efforts of policy advocates rooted in EJ communities during the Clean Power Plan (CPP). This report shows how grassroots-led organizing strengthened climate policy by incorporating equity and the expertise of frontline communities, laying a critical foundation for aligning the environmental movement in an increasingly hostile political landscape.
