Farmworker communities are on the frontlines of the climate crisis—facing extreme weather, shifting growing seasons, and health hazards with little support and limited resources. Alianza Nacional de Campesinas is tackling these challenges directly. Through its climate justice initiative, Alianza is equipping BIPOC-led organizations with tools to lead climate education, build resilience, and empower local leaders to advocate for their communities.

With training sessions, peer-led workshops, and even community theater, Alianza’s network is using relevant, creative strategies to spark change from the ground up. Alianza isn’t just focusing on adaptation—it’s putting power in the hands of those most impacted.
