Since joining BEA in 2017, Jen has embraced multiple roles while fostering meaningful relationships across the organization and continuously adapting to the needs of a growing movement. From coordinating member programming and peer-learning spaces for grassroots organizations to leading infrastructure improvements in staff processes, she embraces versatility and commitment to organizational impact. 

Jen's collaborative approach draws from over a decade behind-the-scenes as a union member of Actors' Equity Association, where she managed diverse artistic teams and sought innovative solutions under pressure. This foundation now informs their work with changemakers in the environmental justice space, where she shares her hard work, curiosity, and spirited support.
